Yup, another birthday. So my daughter asked for raspberry cupcakes and pistachio cupcakes. Yum. So I was icing them at midnight last night (well when else are mom's supposed to make cupcakes) and I mistakenly put pistachio icing on the raspberry cakes and raspberry icing on the pistachio cakes. Doh! But actually they taste delicous.
